Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We are happy to reissue your order under the following conditions:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by direct messaging us via Instagram with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.

Once approved, we will send a replacement product.

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping fee for reissued orders.
